1. Payment: All payments must be made in Turkish Liras. You will be able to see the prices in your local currencies. And at the checkout page, your currency will be converted to Turkish Liras due to payment aggreements. We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Shopify Pay. Your payment information will be processed securely through our Shopify payment gateway.

2. Prices: All prices on www.mejaatelier.com are seen in your local currencies and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current rate. Prices may change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. 

3. Order Confirmation: Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details, including the total cost of your purchase, and estimated delivery times. Please note that this is not a guarantee of availability.

4. Order Processing: Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. If there is any issue with availability, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancel the order if necessary.

5. Delivery: We offer standart international delivery cost on all orders charges £35. Delivery charges will apply, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds: We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased on www.mejaatelier.com. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

7. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns policy.

8. Security: We take the security of your personal and payment information seriously. All transactions on www.mejaatelier.com are processed securely through our Shopify payment gateway, which uses SSL encryption to protect your information. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
