We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. 

Due to custom regulations, it might be costly to return your items. However, if the customer still wants to return the items purchased, custom costs will be paid by the customer. Meja Atelier is not responsible for the costs of the returns. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
